With most investors, the only fundamental measure that means anything is the PPS...the rest is just background. If the PPS climbs, then the news is good....if the PPS is flat, then the news is a non-invent, and if the PPS falls then the news is bad. Frankly, that's the market imo...end of story.

If the PPS climbs or drops on no news....then news is coming. But price is all the vast majority of investors care about.

Which in my view is why the markets are so prone to manipulation....especially a stock like RVX with such thin trading volumes, it doesn't take much to push it around in ways that guys like Jim Cramer talk about.

Speaking of manipulation....I've never seen a stock with so many specialty brokers on the trading tape: Instinet, Latimer, Pershing and a host of others inclucing my favorite anonymous.
