I recall Hepalink did not approve of how Resverlogix royalty deal was structured , could this be a way to bring hepalink into the Zenith fold ? If memory serves me correctly it too was a 35 million dollar placement and there seems to be the same amount of shares being created for this spin off creation (food for thought )
