Up to December 15th the number jumped to 18,700.....not a huge number, but a big % increase from the Nov. 30th number of just 10,100

My take? So glad you asked :-) In keeping with my belief that RVX is being accumulated I see this small increase as cautious attempt to perhaps encourage some tax loss selling. I say a ''cautious'' attempt because its only 8,600 more than the previous period. IMO this might be an indication that those behind the short selling, that they're not willing to place too big a bet for fear they might not be able to cover.
