There's a term called Malthusian checks and balances....or sometimes referred to as lifeboat ethics. The scenario is this...a lifeboat is so overloaded that it threatens the lives of everyone on board because its going to sink. In order for some to survive, others have to be put overboard....if not, everyone dies.

I mention this as the bid has moved up to $1.75...which means, if someone sells...then the PPS will move up from yesterday's close. I think we're just waiting for someone to blink...or to extend the metaphor, for someone to jump outta the lifeboat.
