Another complicating issue is concerning the royalty stream from RVX-208. After an IPO, would all Zenith shares be eligible for a royalty-dividend, or will the original spin out shares prior to the IPO be the only ones eligile for the royalty-dividend? Of course, this is assuming that 1) RVX-208 produces a royalty stream, and 2) that Zenith decides to issue a dividend instead of "re-invest" the royalty stream into company "activities."
