"Come short sellers: Bring me your shares!"
As ledenfrog pointed out on Nov 19, the shares short on Nov 15 was waaaaaaay down to 10,200 (RVX at 1.94). The max shares short occurred on ~April 15 with the stock was trading between 2.50 and 3.00. Shares short correlates quite well with the stock price.
At these prices, it's unlikely anyone is shorting. If they are, it's likely a very small portion of the selling compared to the longs who are selling. If anything, shorts would be doing a net buyback in this price range.
