This is just normal stock action. Between news stories it drifts down. Bigger news events spike the price to an emotional high, then it settles back, sometimes to a higher floor. The best estimate I see for BoM results is 2019. That's an eternity in stock market time. I'm not sure why people are impatient 3+ years prior to that.
