Very helpful perspectives. KBC, I would think that with the new steering committee for BETonMACE that the experimental design is sound and properly powered (at least that is my hope).

So BDAZ, the bottom line seems to be that the science looks excellent and BETonMACE is not the only iron in the fire for rvx-208. But new problems and risks could arise in the future. It will just be a matter of letting the trial move ahead and do the measurements.

One thing seems almost certain (nothing is certain in science) and that is there are no obvious published negative scientific papers about apabetalone (rvx-208). I am very surprised that no one has taken shots at rvx-208.

It's amazingly under-priced for a drug at this phase AND thus for me a great buying opportunity.
