Did you read the novel of terrifying side effects?! Are we aware of any side effects of our medication?

I think what will end up happening here at the conclusion of PIII is that our compound will not only do what we defined as our end point, without any side effects, plus a serious reduction in arterial plaque which is what got me excited in RVX in the first place.
