IMHO this elevates the RVX brand and rvx-208 profile beyond anything I could have imagined. This is an entirely new audience of people who have the money and vision to see the potential of RVX, Zenith and their entire epigenetic platform.

For RVX to have achieved this in conjunction with the Cleveland Clinic is a major statement about the perceived potential of RVX and it's epigenetic platforms.

You see, to me it is not just about a specific molecule such as rvx-208. What it is really about is the 15 years of research and the 8 years focussed on epigenetics and the specific focus and expertise on "selective for the second bromodomain (BD2) within the BET protein called BRD4". It is about the RVX scientific approach. It is about the fact that they are creating epigenetic factories and can explore all versions of their strategy for many, many indications.

They have the lead. They have the patents. They have huge distribution to billions with the Hepalink deal.

I think rvx-208 is just the beginning and the evidence I use for this perception is Zenith Epigenetics. The path that RVX took 8 or 9 years ago was spurred by Crick or Watson of Double Helix fame when one of them said the epigenetics is the future.

The types of people at Cavendish will have broad, open minds looking for innovation and Resverlogix is there. The incredible scientific depth in many medical and scientific disciplines of the steering committee for BETonMACE, support of the Cleveland Clinic, investments of NGN, Eastern Capital and Hepalink with all of their scientists scrutinizing the research findings is a pretty good sign of the reasoned hope for this drug.

Selfishly I am hoping the share price stays low because I am currently raising money to keep buying.

Thanks so much for this post. The scientific momentum is building and building fast. There was a presentation they did in New York where the science, business people and Don presented. I believe it was there that they referred to the futher testing of the cascading effects was being done on their proprietary blood bank so to me this suggest further understanding of the cascading effects of rvx-208 will come soon.
