You're giving me too much credit Kelsee....and more often than not, the moves I've predicted have been wrong. I've been right on a couple of occassions but I put them down to luck.

The way I see it there a two pictures, the micro and the macro.....the micro involves day to day, week to week. The macro picture of course longer term, month to month and year to year. Its a fool's game trying to predict the micro picture, but like many foolish games (slots, dice, lotto tickets) its still fun to play.

I kind of think of the market as a billiard table, a game of pool. But with a twist, in the market billiard game it is within the rules to lift the table...provided you're strong enough. What happens is a retail weakling player like me and others....we see the lay of the table and make our shot, a good shot....the ball we've hit is heading straight for the pocket. But other players, much stronger (strength in this game comes from $$$ and having a broker with ability to help you).

So a retail weakling like me or another retailer makes a good shot....and a stronger player lifts the table and obviously the ball misses the pocket. Then the big market player says....ooooh, bad shot buddy.
