Well that was interesting Led. I get the part about the developers selling houses back and forth at low prices to keep market value appearing to be down and how it relates to what you are saying is happening with the shares of RVX, but what do you mean in regards to the rumours about a meth clinic and how it relates to the PPS? What are the negative meth clinic type roumors floating out there in relation to RVX that is keeping the price down? KOO, I would agree with you that this announcement October 21st will not have much of an impact on the PPS (in my view anyway) I think any further announcements are still just that. I believe that the PPS will go up at commencement though. There may be some investors that are waiting to see the particulars before they pull the trigger, but if they have waited this long then I believe they will wait a short time more for the commencement.
