Message: Nasdaq Listing Soon

The Research and Development Update for RVX-208 was very impressive and RVX is close to lift off. I do believe they will need regulatory approval before liftoff but I am confident that it is imminent.

I did some research on a Nasdaq listing:

Here is a link to the Nasdaq listing guide:

https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/assets/initialguide.pdf

Based on my analysis of this, RVX does not qualify to be listed on the

Nasdaq Global Select Market - see pgs 6&7

Nasdaq Global Market - see p8

However, the Nasdaq Capital Market has an exception** to the Bid Price or Closing Price Requirement - See bottom p9

** To qualify under the closing price alternative, a company must have: (i) average annual revenues of $6 million for three years, or (ii) net tangible assets of $5 million, or (iii) net tangible assets of $2 million and a 3 year operating history, in addition to satisfying the other financial and liquidity requirements listed above.

With the Closing price exception noted above, RVX would satisfy all of the requirements to be listed on the Nasdaq Capitl Market - Equity Standard - except Stockholders Equity. At 7-31-15, RVX had negative equity of ~ $35mil - the requirement is $5mil - thus a capital infusion of ~ $50mil would be needed to satisfy the requirement - I assume this means dilution.

Also, I am assuming RVX has three market makers - does anyone know who?

Per the Nasdaq listing center:

"Listing Timeline

While it generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application, this time frame is variable and may be shortened considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds quickly to Staff comments.

Week 1. Company submits application for listing and Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff begins its review.

Weeks 2-3. Staff completes its preliminary review and prepares comment letter.

Weeks 3-4. Company addresses any issues raised by Staff. Weeks

5-6. Staff completes their review and company is approved for listing."

We may be very close to a Nasdaq listing
