Kelsee...I know you addressed Chicago, but I agree its significant. As per a post I did on it....this Yale Club appears to be a social club for Yale Alumni, and I'm assuming its merely the venue....albeit a very tony venue. I'm sure they could do it at a hotel conference room...but I think the Yale Club brings with it a degree of prestige.
