We are now into vacation prime time....when people pack up and hit the road, head for the trailer or cottage, shotgunning their vacation days with the long Labour Day (labor with a U, I'm Canadian) weekend.

I'm beyond convinced that we've been seeing shares accumulated over the summer....Accumulated not by retail bleacher bum investors excited by bullish posting in social media, or by a Life Sciences advertisement disguised as an interview. No, I believe RVX/RVXCF is being and has been undergoing accumulation by smart money, in the know, connected market players.

I have some rules, handed down to me from Monsieur Granville....and one is that when the dumb money retail crowd is scared and nervous, that's when the smart money buys...and buys low. And that accumulation shows up in the charts, and in the volume. Granville of course was operating in a different era....when big board stocks were traded in an auction market. Before anyone with a laptop and a wifi connection could see what was going on in real time. Before alternative exchanges with iceberg orders showing only a small percentage of the total bid. Before dark pools, when guys had to read the morning paper to find out how their stock did the day before.

Another of those rules is that smart money players don't take holidays....that's for the bleacher bum retail crowd. Well the retail crowd will be back in a couple weeks, and there's lots of good things coming down the pipe over the coming weeks and months.

This is just opinion of course, but don't be surprised to see the PPS pushed substantially higher heading into Labour Day as the big boyz load up so that when the retail crowd finally gets back from the cottage....if they sold in April or May and then went away...that they'll be paying a premium to get in or to get back in.

I'm going to be entertaining a family visitor over the weekend....so we'll see ya all on Monday...and we'll see if we're off to the races next week as I'm predicting or not.
