My rationale is pretty simple, prior to the patent and hepalink news RVX's volume and PPS started moving sharply higher.....People in the know? Maybe...no way to prove it one way or another but that was my guess.

Now? I will grant that today's price volume movement was hardly earth shaking...but it was higher than what we've been seeing, and with the markets being jittery, if there are buyers scooping up shares on the expectation (or outright foreknowledge) that bullish news is coming out, well they're likely finding more willing sellers made nervous by the uncertainty in the overall market.
