While a salary of $150 or even $250K might seem nice to shareholders, I would challenge you to find someone of DM's experience willing to work for that wage. Yes I know that sounds crazy...but look at CEO salaries, even with development stage companies, 500K Canadian is not out of line, in fact its on the low end.
