Given a choice between RVX and RVXCF, RVX trading on the TMX is the obvious choice. I still qualifiy RVX (or rvxcf) as a penny stock...I use the under $5 definition, but as penny stocks go its less high risk in my opinion because its listed on Canada's big board, not on the Venture.

But in any case if its a choice between buying RVX or RVXCF, RVX is the better option for two reasons, the first being liquidity. If someone needs to sell at some point, for whatever reason...its nice to have decent volumes. Not that RVX is much better, but its looking like another big 0 volume day on the OTC.

Then there's the added element of currency risk, and given how low our northern Peso is, thanks to a government that has pinned our ecomomy so much to oil, if oil starts to rebound and the Canadian dollar gains, you're better off in RVX in my opinion.
