SF I would argue that people have invested when the share price was substantially higher, and with less information than is publicly available now...The information that was sufficient to get them to invest before at higher prices, much if not all of it is still out there...in fact there's more information available now. More info and a lower PPS.

As for KD or others having info that's not publicly available...things like data points and such. None of us know for a fact that KD or anyone has additional info....plus KD has been invested for a lot longer than the most recent placement. Perhaps the information he already had was sufficient and now he's just ensuring Resverlogix has the financial resources to see things through and to protect hir original stake?

Insider trading is difficult to prove in my opinion....while I do believe there are individuals in the overall market who have access to info not always publicly available, its only illegal if that information is traded on. Cases like Martha Stewart, where individuals are caught.....in my opinion that kind of activity happens, but I further think that "smart money" is smart enough not to get caught the vast majority of the time.
