Leaving aside my thoughts regarding message board fun and games....you talk about "fundamental value" with respect to RVX, and suggest that at $2 or so, that "fundamentally" the PPS is undervalued...
I don't think RVX has much in the way of "fundamental value"....some, but not a lot. The value of RVX's shares imo is overwhelmingly speculative in nature. Hepalink and Eastern just recently invested $$$ in RVX...and the assigned per share value of their investment is $2.67. Does that imply that RVX's shares have a value of at least $2.67 based on anything fundamental? I would argue that it does not....I would say that's the speculative value they've placed on RVX based on "potential".....until RVX-208 is able to derive real revenues and actual earnings I see it as being almost 100% speculative.
Ultimately that's what stocks are all about...speculation. But with that being said I think that there are those whose speculation is more informed than others....be that because of greater knowledge and research, or because of having an inside track to data not widely available.
Trying to explain my thought process is difficult because there are so many components to the markets, and so many contradictions. A common meme in the market is that "insider buying is always bullish"....I don't think there is anything that works "always"...100% of the time.
This post is getting jumbled and disjointed so I'll end it here.
