It seems generally that our current issues are roughly similar in nature.

You bring up Don being busy keeping the ship afloat and I think in this regard he gives himself waaaaay too much credit. He deserves all the credit in the world as a founder who probably hussled very hard to raise initial funding albeit backed by the science of Norman Wong et al. But any credit for money raised since Eastern found RVX belongs mostly to the science in my mind. Don himself said at the first AGM after Eastern's initial investment that he had never heard of Eastern until they approached RVX, to his credit he was talking up the great science in saying this, and at that point in time RVX had no other takers, none that came to fruition in any event. I'm sure Eastern didn't find RVX by doing a google search of great managers and landing on a picture of DM. Perhaps I'm being too aggressive on this point but for years now it has aggravated me when I read statements like "Don has personally raised over $260 million.......". To me the science has raised the money from the point of Eastern's entry on. RVX has a stellar team of scientists whom I feel are deserving of a great deal more credit in the current viability of the company as a whole. Maybe I suffer from too much team think.

In any event we are where we are and I think there are a lot of positives ahead. Let's hope DM can string together 12-18 months of gaff free leadership
