You guys know I love my retirement home stocks....well, pig in a poke, I bought KWA a while ago and have been sitting on it for close to 2 years. Anyway they just announced the sale of their lone asset....a retirement home up in Aurora. When all is said and done the news indicates there should be about $1.6 million left after settling all debts. The PR talks of a few options for the capital, one of which is a special dividend.....here's hoping.

Anyone have any idea what a clean shell on the Venture is worth?
