Message: Redistributing BRD4 in inflammation

I came across this article and can't recall that it had been posted on this forum or the Resverlogix blog (or s...house, where I had to put too many posters on ignore). It is a bit dated (Oct 2014), but contains some interesting insights by a group of researchers at Harvard Medical School who talk about the role of BRD4 in chromatin remodelling. It references Jorge Plutzky and James Bradner (Tensha Therapeutics), both respected researchers in this area.

Norman Wong, Jan Johansson and Ewelina Kulikowski are all quoted in the article.

They mention that Dybly AG is the only other compnay (at that time) with disclosed BET bromodomain inhibitors for atherosclerosis, so DM's comment about having a significant lead on competitors rings true.

In any event, I thought this would be of interest to the "science guys" on this forum.

Have a great Canada Day. DYOD and GLTA.
