I agree Ledenfrog, things like this are proberly common knowledge in the boardroom but us retail investors are not privy to that information. These details can effect the share price and if DM is concerned about the share price as noted at the meeting, he needs to address such issues unless he has a surprise in his back pocket, which wouldn'd surprise me. He has a history of falling into an outhouse and come out smelling like a rose.
