I did not expect anything from these meetings other than rubber stamping the agreements. It is my understanding that Resverlogix cannot be in negotiations with other parties at least until the final terms are signed off on July 26th. PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG.

I too fully agree with you that everything is headed in an extremely positive direction for both companies. Further approvals will will continue at a rapid pace and they will be moving into phase lll BETonMACE on time. I believe momentum for tial approvals will accelerate. The drug has an excellent safety profile and close to 15 years of successful trials and it's indications for CVD, CKD, diabetes mellitus, Alahemiers, etc could save millions of lives and billions of health care dollars throughout the world.

I sense that one of the challenges is that potential suitors of RVX are lagging behind because epigenetics is such a new area for science that BP is in a "watch and see" mode. Of course evidence is building rapidly in support of rvx-208 from a number of perspectives;

1. Further analysis of the rvx-208 epigenetic MOA from existing data from the Emerald Logic's FACET Predictive modelling, micro-assays, pathway analysis, etc.
2. Approval of the phase lll BETonMACE trials in Europe. (independent responsible scientists and regulators realizing the potential for this powerful drug)
3. Approval of the phase lll BETonMACE trials in China.
4. Start of trials.
5. Potential for orphan trials (although this concerns me if RVX choses the wrong indication of a poorly designed trial).
6. Research in epigenetics is accelerating rapidly throughout the academic and corpartae scientic worlds.

I'm very pleased to hear about the enthusiasm at Resverlogix. I'm long and I believe in the science. More importantly Dr Wong, Dr Johannson, the scientists at Eastern Capital, the scientist at NGN Capital, the scientists at Schenzen Hepalink believe in rvx-208 and have put hundreds of millions of dollars into RVX to reflect their beliefs.

I don't know what happened yesterday because I haven't checked. If people unloaded shares they will regret it.
