Just a reminder that the special meetings for Resverlogix and Zenith Epigenetics are at 9AM and 10 AM, respectively, Calgary time on Tuesday 6/30. Tuesday 6/30 is also the last day of Q2.

Anyone have any guess as to whether we should expect each of these meetings to just be brief and focused on approving the Royalty Preferred Share Amendment and the Eastern Private Placement, or if we should expect something else? This might just be normal language, but both notices of meetings for RVX and Zenith list as the final item of business: "to transact such other business that may properly come before the Meeting or adjournments thereof."

We have some indication (see Richmond Club threads) that there may be an orphan indication announcement during Q2 for RVX, which leaves just 6/29 and 6/30 as the last trading days for this to occur. This is also the turning point of H1 to H2, which could be significant because Zenith has posted on their website that "Zenith is targeting the second half of 2015 to file an IND for hematological malignancies and solid tumors." So anytime starting Wednesday 7/1 we could get that Zenith annoucement.
