True. My feeling is that the Chinese rate of scientific development is moving from a speed when I was in university to the current time period when their development in science is becoming very rapid as are their capitalistic expansion efforts throughout many countries in Africa, Europe, the USA, Canada,etc. They seem in some cases to be willing to put up large amounts of money as in the CNOOC investment in Canada's oil sands.

So, in some ways, I sort of hope they are willing to over-invest in companies like RVX as their price of entry into certain businesses...sort of like akick start or leap-frog move.

And yet I does seem that they may be lagging scientifically.
