As always its all tea leaves....up early then down the rest of the day. Curiously RVXCF closed up a couple cents today, on a day the Canadian dollar got hammered.....which brings in currency risk.
I still think we're seeing smart money accumulation....but I consider it easier to form an accurate opinion when there's zero news out.
