I am using my MacBook Pro computer. Perhaps certain devices are having problems?

In regards to ZEN 3118, ZEN 3694 and ZEN 3717, it is most likely that 3118 was an early generation and 3694/3717 are next generation, possibly with improved efficacy, improved potency, less side effects, etc.
