Sorry Irish1111, we pulled the trigger into the same minute!!!

The way this will be done (3-cornered amalgamation) will keep Bold intact on top, so that the TSX-V listing is maintained. Rencore will merge with the Bold's wholly owned numbered corporation, and RNC CNSX listing will obviously fall down and be removed.
