Just received the Notice of Annual Meeting.

Tuesday July 26th, 2011 at 11:00 am.

Proxy deadline July 25, 4:00 pm

By the way, I spoke with Richard Nemis last week. Things are coming together nicely. Could be some exciting times later this summer.
