Thanks for the Report, its nice to know that they have to file this report each month.

A little confusion thou, at the start of the report it states a date as last year...

Date: _January 6, 2010__

.Then at the end it states...

Dated January 7, 2011.

Could that be just a typo error?

But in the mean time I'm updating the share count and including this report in the link Library
