The North Bullfrog Project area is located near Beatty, Nevada and has excellent access and infrastructure. It is 7 kilometres north of the historic Bullfrog mine operated by Barrick Gold Corporation until the mid 1990's (see NR07-05). The North Bullfrog project is a joint venture with the Redstar Gold Corporation (TSXV: RGC) in which ITH can earn up to a 70% interest. To date, the Company has completed approximately half of the work commitment required to earn its initial 60% interest.

JV with Goldfields: This work is underway.... drill targets soon.

Under the terms of the agreements Gold Fields can earn a 60-per-cent interest in the respective properties by making the payments and work commitments shown in the table over four years (all amounts are in U.S. dollars).

After earning a 60-per-cent interest Gold Fields may earn an additional 10-per-cent interest in a property (bringing the total to a 70-per-cent interest) by making additional expenditures of $7.5-million at Richmond Summit and/or $5-million at Dry Gulch.

Scott is entertaining financing alternatives to fund the next couple rounds at Red Lake. These may include an equity relationship with a major to fund the project via partisipation in the company.

Once the funds are in hand I expect RGC to gain some arket intrest as the next round of drilling gets underway in Red Lake.
