Further to the TSX Venture Bulletin dated February 23, 2009 and pursuant
to the Company's press release dated February 24, 2009, effective at the
opening Thursday, February 26, 2009, trading in the shares of the
Company will be suspended, the Company having failed to maintain Tier
Maintenance Requirements in accordance with Policy 2.5.


Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company
during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
