A pretty informative blog, called RareMetalBlog.com (http://www.raremetalblog.com) has got some good reads on developments in rare earth elements.
Mostly new applications or how markets using REEs are growing.
It's put up as a promotional effort by a firm hired by Avalone Rare Metals.
That said, there's some good info here regarding of how you're playing the REE stocks.
