I fully agree KJB76......we are in a great position by adding an extremly valuable asset with great terms. Once we establish the true value (billions) which is now underway we can borrow way more than we need to facilitate operational costs and it will be again under OUR terms and not at the mercy of aloan shark with terms that would hurt like.......well let's just say our friends anal beads
