PB22, the sad thing about you is that I believe you truly think what you are discussing is important and you are involved in worthy research that is relevant.
You are either semi-retired or retired and have never been an executive or owned your own business. Your time now is to do what you call DD to make yourself feel important and be involved, but it is meaningless information!
You have also violated your own claim to only be involved in fact. Could you please send me the location of the verifiable information that Al bought a vehicle through the company.
Some facts you ought to know:
Wyoming is a great place to register for small business due to the expense and administrative ease. I have a ten year old company that is not, nor will ever be public, that is registered there due to the $50 dollar per year cost and minimal administartive time/fees. Even with a local registered agent at a cost of $99.00 I am paying far less then the State the business is actually located. BTW, there are Mob Wives in New Jersey, does that make all Wives in New Jersey Mob Wives? No? Then what is the relevance of Wyoming? All I see is an executive that has the knowledge to register at the most favorable cost and with the least trouble.
Did you know the prior administrative office of LLSR was at Stan Baron's house? There was factory space but that is in Florida. Any money spent on real estate for the present Lantis will certainly not be spent in NJ unless someone is foolish with money.
Does any of this make sense to you?
