LANTIS LASER CAN PRODUCE DENTAL IMAGES WITH 10 TIMES BETTER RESOLUTION THAN TRADITIONAL X-RAYS
It is difficult at best to remain optimistic for 2011. No news with the exception of the merger with P-I that will apparently not materialize. The money changers apparently have spoken and said no. So again I ask, What next?
All we can do is speculate. We have no facts, no news, no nothing. Silence from the company is deafening and detrimental. I do not understand nor have I ever understood the so called quiet period. It makes no sense. The only thing this quiet period has accomplished is to drive the stock price down to nothing. Periodic updates from the company certainly could have done no more damage than saying nothing.
But still we all retain a little hope that something will happen. But what?
I never had any doubt that an investment bank would invest in a company that they could not steal. Thats their job. A days interest in their Cayman Island bank accounts or a mere fraction of their year end bonuses would have been more than sufficient to fund the company(ies) to product production and introduction to the dental markets.
My own lay opinion is that Mr. Baron should engage with an established dental equipment manufacturing company. At this point, this is the only maneuver that makes sense. It would benefit the company engaged as well as the management of LLSR and its investors.
I would refer to a company, Schick Technologies, (SCHK). Schick was in trouble and then merged with Sirona Dental, (SIRO). This merger benefited everyone involved. Shareholders of SCHK received a one time dividend of $2.50 per share and received one share of SIRO for every share of SCHK. Management of SCHK became the North American management of SIRO. Everyone benefited.
As I vent my frustration and disappointment, I am sure it is shared by us all. If the technology is viable the company will succeed. The only question is how and when.
May the New Year bring happiness and prosperity to all.
