I find it humorous that Shaffer continues to belittle something that he obviously believed in enough to invest in, just proves that not everyone is cut out for private placement investing, im thinking the lottery is more your investment style.

this was never a get rich quick scheme and was clearly spelled out in PPM that eveyrone should have read and understood before making investments. Enlightened is dead on in regards to funding and raising capital in todays economic environment, probably not something shaffer would understand if the language in the PPM eluded him so badly.

for the rest of us its all part of the game and some of us fully understand how the merger strengthens our position and gets us closer to the finish line!
