LANTIS LASER CAN PRODUCE DENTAL IMAGES WITH 10 TIMES BETTER RESOLUTION THAN TRADITIONAL X-RAYS
Hello Ideal Trader and fellow brothers:
As I have also received additional private messages and phone calls from those I know, let me summarize a few questions with this post.
1. The interest bearing note issue is only linked to those who participated in the 2nd private placement through Garden State Securities.
2. With the exception of only Shaffer (and even he may agree), every one of these investors will gladly accept the terms to remove the interest bearing note provision from the placement. I can not give out specifics.... but even I was surprised and the packages were placed in the mail last Friday.... so they will be arriving soon.
3. Only need a majority of shares.... not a majority of shareholders from the 2nd private placement to ratify this amendment and make it retroactive for this group of shareholders. I know either directly or indirectly (my friend's friend...etc) 85% of this group.... I'm already networking thru my direct friends and we will push this through quicker than normal.
4. Perio-Imaging: Already has Beta units which meet or exceed their specification..... the FDA has already approved the testing methodology and have them on an approved fast track program. They are in a holding pattern waiting for either a small amount of private funding to start the FDA testing or waiting for the larger funding through the Investment Bank.....
5. LLSR: They do not have beta units.... but only need to make minor tweaks to the existing board. I have a BSEE background and I visited the LLSR team at Axsun when they tested their last board version..... the board redesign is straight forward.... and I was very pleased to see how easy it was to scan a tooth and see the images..... awesome!
Even in Axsun's dark lab.... Im still,
