Enlighten

You layout a very good plan for the future but what is happening now to set that stage for that future. The same question needs to be answered where is the FUNDING? How does merging the two companies help raise the capital? Now it is going to be two companies into one looking for money. You would think with such a great products the investors with money would be telling them take my money. What is wrong?

I think people are totally disheartened with the management, no product yet to sell after 3 years. What are shareholders to think?
