Agoracom, as the marketing arm for Lantis you have an obligation to see that Stan Baron is effectively communicating to investors. He has an obligation to shareholders to keep them informed, and you have the same obligation to Lantis to see that the appropriate communication is forthcoming.
It has been 11 months (next week) since the investors have had any communication from a publicly traded company, and that is simply not acceptable business practice.
Even if it is just a "state of the union" address, some communication is needed. I am shocked that you have not "forced" the issue, and even more shocked and dissapointed that Lantis does not understand that they are a publicly traded company that needs to communicate. The long term investors all know the story of great technology and opportunity that exists, especially since "Phase Two" has been completed, but the lack of communication only breeds doubt and brings out "naysayers".
Could you please fulfill your responsibilty in letting Stan know that this long time investor needs an update?
I respectfully await any information on the status of Lantis Laser.
