Message: silence leading to erosion

Kgem, I do not know that the problem is with FINRA, or whether there is a problem at all. It may be that the review and notification process is proceeding at its normal pace. I have had no luck in my attempts to find out the normal or average time frame for the process. Maybe someone who does know can post and inform us.

I think, as do most of us, that we as stock holders should be kept current with developments, or the lack thereof, both with the progress of the products to market and to the listing. The lack of communication and/or news has most definitely fueled a decline in confidence, but this is just my lay opinion.

There may possibly be problems and/or questions to be addressed just as there were with the SEC. Over time, we saw the company comply and recieve a notice of effectiveness. I am optimistic that if there are problems or questions raised by FINRA, they will be addressed and listing on the OTCBB will be realized. Maybe not within the time frame the company and we stock holders had hoped for, but ( hopefully ) within a timeframe that will keep the company viable. This too is just my lay opinion and not based on any facts other than what we all have access to.

I too, do not know, nor have I ever met or even talked with Stan Baron. I only posted awhile back that it was my belief that he and Dr. Gimble would have to be insane to persue this endevour, knowing it to be futile, for a measly 120K a year. I had only assumed that each could have done alot better ( money wise ) doing something else. I still do.

I have no reason to believe that Mr. Baron is crazy. I would certainly change my mind if he were to give up on this company and the products he intends to introduce to dental industry. I read in a post awhile back that he considered this company and the products to be the mother of all goldmines and that he had no intention of selling it. I hope he is right.

Until I hear some very bad news, or hopefully, some very good news, I have no intention of selling any of the shares I have accumulated. I am not quite sure how to take no news. It's nerveracking, but I will continue to purchase as many shares as I possibly can. This of course is subject to the premise that we should not invest any more than we can afford to lose or to offset gains.

I know what you know, probably less. I most certainly agree that OCT will be the future modality for imaging in dentistry as well as many other industries. We must be patient and hopeful. I think/know we are better off investing in LLSR than those who invested in Enron, WAMU, and the other companies that left their stockholders broke and wondering what happened. We all should know going in that LLSR is risky, but the potential rewards, if successful, could/will be astronomical.

My hope is that LLSR will be a Grand Slam instead of just a Home Run. If so, I think the main topic of dicussion and worry on this board will be the capital gains tax.
