The what should be approval by the FINRA for Lantis to move to the BB. The when based on volume should be any day now.

If you look at history with Lantis and the SEC it is usually about 3 weeks to get back responses based on the S-1/A filing and all the addendums. If the FINRA is similar it would tell me that there 4/1 filing of the 2-11 came back with questions. Although that may be hard to believe after going though the SEC, these oversight commissions and authorities can be pretty anal and rediculous. I would guess that depending on the time to respond to the questions the approval could be any day, assuming of course there are no more questions.

Once the move to the OTCBB occurs I expect to see financing to follow, since that would be the logical order of events.
