So Jay Slagel one is not a mature investor if they voice an opinion that's different than your's and YOU should determine when the immature investor should get thier shares unrestricted regardless of when they were told they would get them.

You tell a good story and seem to have a lot of the facts that as hard as we tried we can't get.

Because one get's thier shares unrestricted does not mean they will sell them but it should be their perogitive......it's not your decision.
