I didn't think I could be surprised by the SEC anymore, but this 8th amendment to the S-1/A has accomplished that.

Lantis laser first filed on 2/24/08. Now we are 10 months later with number 8. Let's pray this is the final.

You have to believe that things will be bright very soon. The determination of Lantis is evident. The expense they have incurred also has to be pretty high with the attorneys putting 8 filings together.

Hopefully, January will see SEC acceptance, which will allow news from Lantis. I know we are all anxious to hear from Stan Baron on what is happening and I am sure he is just as anxious to give us some details. I keep looking at his executive address of October 15th and have expected a different one for awhile now.

I believe the new year will bring some good news and a new executive address with a January date.
