Shaffer.... please spend more than 3 seconds evaluating LLSR.

1. SB-2 final approval pending leading to significant percentage of shares moving from restricted to unrestricted.

2. Leads to moving from "Pink" to "OTC".

3. These two steps permit pursuing final round of funding.

4. Product launch delay is a blessing with exclusive signing of Axsun's technically untouchable Advanced Tunable Laser Engine.... exclusive.... exclusive.... try saying it... exclusive.

5. R&D to production to market acceptance risk: Minimal....10K OCT systems have been shipped by Carl Zeiss Meditec over last 6 years (market size is 65K systems)....look at their 6 year revenue stream and imagine what LLSR could look like with both exclusive systems in production (Market size is 200K systems). LLSR's stated OCT price tag is 1/3 the price of Meditec's initial price launch and priced to be affordable to a dentist's budget with significant, measurable value added services.....for every patient.

6. Competition: None....Lawrence Livermore National Labs (exclusive), Optical Hand Wand from UF (exclusive), Axsun (exclusive), Lightlab Imagine (non-exclusive... but have access to the most optimum laser)....what competitor can play given this package of relationships?

7. Hygenilase yet another system home-run to layer over LLSR's revenue income.

8. Key Employees: Baron, Gimbel, Hamilton, Otis.... just read their profile...it speaks volumes for their management team.

9. Go find out about KAVO and the price paid for their system tool that can't document or isolate.... just a beeping sound as their wand is swept over the tooth....then correlate.

10. Soft tissue: Only OCT can detect soft tissue dental issues. Hard tissue: X-Ray cannot view the biting surface responsible for ~90% of cavities.

11. Watch key industry figureheads endorse system after product launch.

12. Look what LLSR has accomplished with two rounds of funding of ~ $3M..... great financial management.

13. Just read all the emerging 3rd party papers finding more and more applications for dental OCT, the mission statement of the dental industry (detect/treat early) and the willingness of the ADA to coordinate with the insurance industry to develop specialized codes unique to dental OCT (Process will naturally start after a few quarters of product launch). Not to mention that product treatments already exist .... LLSR is the other half of the equation.... Early Document/Detect + Early treatment solutions + specialized insurance codes + affordable price tag + large market size (200K offices in a $5B industry) + exclusivity/no competition + used by every patient = Home Run....

14. DRILL and FILL (more expensive/patient stress) vs early topical treatment (less expensive/No stress, pain or numbness)....what do patients prefer?

What say YOU?....only after you spend a fair and reasonable amount of investigate time to respond with verifiable information. All this information is readily available in the public domain if you just do your homework.
