After reading through the information circular regarding the up coming general meeting, I've come to the conclusion that maybe its time for our management team to share some of the pain that is reflected in our stock price.

Just take a look at the compensation $ packages on page #7 for 2011. If you read the next few pages you will see that our board, especially our CEO, has one hell of a good deal. He has all the bases covered, from take over of the company, to all reasons of termination.

IMHO, I think Mr.Threlkeld, and Directors should be obligated in sharing at least some of the retail pain.
