After the meeting yesterday, Bayfield Resources , will not be accepting the present offer on the table from Rainy River Resources, and has elected to continue exploring and drilling the properties by themselves.

They are of the opinion that the offer presented was not of sufficient value for the shareholders of Bayfield..

I am told the door remains open in the future , not only for Rainy River, but also for some " OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES."
