your assesment of Nelson Baker is accurate for sure.... and yes, we are not losing him so that is the good part... what we are gaining is a true "powerhouse" person... a person with rock solid credentials that ANYONE in the mining industry will respect.... we could not have gotten a better person and I think we can thank Nelson for that.... now we will move to another level and I think that is being shown in the SP today.... I am very happy with this change... change can be good and as we can see we are not losing , we are gaining....
